At Teofilo Coffee Company, our mission is simple: to give back to the Philippines. This purpose is guided by three core pillars—authenticity, uncomfortable work, and execution. We stay true to our heritage, embrace challenges that push us beyond comfort, and turn ideas into action to create meaningful impact.

Our journey began with a vision to showcase the unique specialty coffees of the Philippines. Inspired by Lolo Ron’s legacy, we set out to challenge perceptions and redefine what Filipino coffee can be on the global stage.

Once one of the world’s largest coffee producers in the late 1700s, the Philippines holds a rich but often overlooked coffee history. Today, we aim to honor that legacy by elevating Filipino coffee alongside globally recognized origins like Guatemala, Brazil, and Italy.
