Salamat is an Arabica-led Philippine coffee blend built for clarity, balance, and a bright citrus finish. Crafted from Arabica from Atok, Benguet; Robusta from Mt. Apo; Excelsa from Laguna; and Liberica (Barako) from Cavite, this blend brings together four distinct profiles into one clean, expressive cup.

The Benguet Arabica leads with structure and citrus brightness. Mt. Apo Robusta adds body and depth. Laguna Excelsa introduces a subtle fruit-forward edge, while Cavite Liberica brings aromatic complexity and a smooth, lingering finish.

Expect notes of mandarin and pomelo layered over a caramel and cacao base, with a crisp acidity that cuts through without overpowering the cup. The result is balanced, vibrant, and easy to return to.
