LOS ALAMITOS, Calif. — By day, Ronald Dizon works at electric vehicle company Faraday Future. But during his free time, he's an artisan coffee roaster, promoting Filipino coffee.
Dizon owns and operates Teofilo Coffee, with a storefront in Los Alamitos. It’s his effort to shine a spotlight on the Philippines, a country that used to be the second largest producer of coffee beans in the world.
