If our coffee sucks, we don't want your money!
We do everything in-house, from receiving the green beans fresh from the Philippines and roasting everything at the shop in Los Alamitos, CA. We keep all of our processes simple and the coffee roasting is through a fluid-bed clean, hot-air roaster.
Just from that alone, we do our best to share the most quality product with you guys, as it always should, so be real with us and let us know if you have a problem.
All online sales are not eligible for returns. If the coffee sucks, or something was not of quality, take pics/video recording immediately--timestamped--for your documentation.
All orders are processed via USPS Priority within 2-3 business days. Depending on demand, fulfillment may be delayed by a few business days.
If we are experiencing high demand, you will be notified.
Orders will typically not be shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
Please contact us via email email@example.com and up to 24-48 hours for a response. Requests will only be accepted within 5 calendar days upon the delivery of the product.
